Ingredients:
2 cups chow mien noodles
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp diced green onions
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp light soy sauce or Aloha Shoyu
Great for hot summer days |
Directions:
- Boil 4 cups of water, add noodles.
- Drain them then rinse the noodle under cold water.
- Heat a pan with sesame oil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in diced green onions, chopped garlic, soy sauce.
- Pour over cold noodles and stir evenly.
